When will I receive my order?
Orders placed on Odoziakuchi.com will generally be delivered within 3-5 working days from the order confirmation date, orders on back order usually take 10-15 working days. Please note, orders of personalised products may take longer. Made to order delivery timescales will be specified on the product page. Upon delivery, a signature of someone over the age of 18 years old is required, we do not deliver to P.O box addresses. Those who accept the delivery at the designated address shall be deemed to have done so with your authorization.
What is your Returns Policy?
You must notify us of any returns within 7days of receipt of your Jewellery. Your returned piece of jewellery must be returned to us within 14 days after the initial delivery date.
Once we receive the item(s), they will go through quality control before exchange or return is processed. We cannot process exchanges or returns on items that are made to order, have been customized, worn, used, altered or damaged.
Returned pieces must comply with the following:
All pieces must be returned unused, in the original condition.
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears may not be returned.
All pieces must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags, where provided, as well as any included documentation & certificate.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
If a package delivered to you arrives damaged, you must refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
What do I do if my Jewellery arrives faulty?
In the unfortunate incident your Jewellery arrives damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will ask you to email a photograph of the damage, including the packaging. Once we have received the item, it will be inspected and a repair or replacement will be arranged where possible. Please report within 48hours of delivery – outside of this period damages may be deemed to have happened after the delivery event. Please contact our customer services team at [email protected] and we will advise you on how to proceed, we will offer an exchange or full refund.
I would like to return my order?
You must notify us of any returns within 7days of receipt of your Jewellery. Your returned piece of jewellery must be returned to us within 14 days after the initial delivery date.
If you wish to return a piece to us, please contact [email protected] with your name, address and order number. We will provide you with a free return shipping label and a link to schedule a convenient time for our courier to collect the package from your address.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, authenticated, and accepted, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be completed via the original payment method. The funds may take up to 10 working days.
I want to cancel my order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24hrs of placing the order. Orders after 24hrs will already have been processed for delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service by emailing us at [email protected] or filling the contact us box below.

Our Jewellery are Officially Hallmarked by UK Assay office which guarantees the authenticity of our jewels.

At ODOZIAKUCHI, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. We use trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data.
