Repair Service
Your jewellery is a precious material and should be handled with care. Proper care in its use and handling will preserve its shine over time. If your jewel suffers damage as a result of constant use, our experts will take care of your jewel, carefully inspecting the links, clasp functionality and aesthetic details. Missing components and broken parts may be replaced, reconstructed, and restored back to its original beauty. Once the jewel has been assessed, you will receive a quotation and upon your acceptance, the service will be carried out as quickly as possible.
Re-sizing Service
Our re-sizing service are performed on bracelets, necklaces, chains or rings. This service consists of increasing or reducing the size of the item within limitations and without affecting its aesthetic, comfort, and quality. Some jewels, due to their unique design, cannot be re-sized. Re-sizing is free within 30 days of Purchase. Please email us for more information.
Cleaning and Polishing Services
If you would like your ODOZIAKUCHI Jewels polished and cleaned, we offer a complementary cleaning and polishing service for 1yr from purchase. This process involves a careful inspection of the jewel and based on its characteristics and conditions, our experts will carry out the necessary steps to restore your jewels to its original glory. For jewels in white gold, the polishing service includes rhodium plating, where applicable, to enhance the brilliance of the metal.
